FATF가 2019년에 도입한 Travel Rule 은 AML 및 CFT 위험을 완화하고 Payment 투명성을 높이기 위해, VASP가 관련 정보를 공유하거나 교환하도록 요구하는 AML-initiative입니다.

MAS Notice PSN02의 13항에 채택된 VerifyVASP의 Value Transfer Protocol Solution이라는 솔루션은 싱가포르의 지불 서비스 법, MAS 고지 및 지침과 같은 법률 및 규정에 채택되어 FATF의 여행 규칙 권장 사항을 준수합니다.
